mbaje Terms & Conditions

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings in this document:

• "mbaje" or "we" — the mbaje platform, its owner, and operating authority.
• "Platform" — the mbaje website and all services within it.
• "User" or "you" — any person who has registered on or is using our platform.
• "Account" — a personal gaming account registered by a user.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in an account, including both real money and bonus funds.
• "Bonus" — a promotional reward granted by mbaje that is usable under specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the mbaje platform. Registration or participation by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a direct violation of our anti-bonus policy.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Date of birth
• An active email address
• Correct mobile number

Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mbaje may request necessary documents (national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID) to verify your identity at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until this process is completed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 — meaning a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Bonuses are for use in your own account only and are not transferable.
• Combining multiple promotions (stacking) is not permitted unless specifically stated.
• If any irregularity is found in the use of a bonus, mbaje reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• Each promotion may have its own expiry period; unused bonuses will be automatically removed after expiry.

5.4 VIP Program

The mbaje VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Moving up to a higher tier depends on your regular play. VIP cashback may also be subject to specific wagering conditions.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games on the mbaje platform are determined through impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. We are committed to ensuring fair play.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical issue (server crash, network disconnection) occurs during a game, mbaje reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and return the stake. No claims for winnings will be accepted in such situations.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

All our game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft — have their own rules and conditions. Those terms will apply alongside the mbaje Terms.

6.4 Maximum Bet Limit

Specific maximum bet limits may apply when playing with bonus balance. Breaching these limits may result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.

10.1 At the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, withdraw any valid balance in your account (excluding bonuses).

10.2 At mbaje's Discretion

mbaje may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms.
• Providing false registration information.
• Suspected fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Extended account inactivity (generally 12 months or more).

If an account is closed due to a violation, all balances may be forfeited.

11.1 Service Availability

mbaje strives to provide its service without interruption, however temporary disruptions may occur due to server maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. mbaje is not liable for any loss incurred by users as a result of such disruptions.

11.2 Third-Party Services

Payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.) and game providers are independent third parties. mbaje is not directly liable for any issues with their services.

11.3 User's Own Decisions

Participation on the gaming platform is voluntary and at the user's own risk. Users may lose money on bets — please participate with full awareness of this possibility.

mbaje reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the new terms.
